1.Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Order Processing Time: After confirmation, orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping:$6.99 flat rate per order. Estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days from the date of shipment.
- Express Shipping（Fedex / DHL）:$16.99 flat rate per order Estimated delivery time is 6-9 business days from the date of shipment.

3. Does Fengyan ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world except for the following ones due to shipping restrictions. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this issue.
Bahamas,Yemen,Cuba,Iran,Sudan,Syria,Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands.
4.Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online at: https://t.17track.net/en#nums
5.Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

- We will either resend a new one or provide a full refund.
