RETURN POLICY
Refund and Exchange Policy
1.General Policy:
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We understand how challenging it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Please note that damages caused by regular wear and tear do not qualify for a replacement.
2.Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Most Buddha Stones items (unused) can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included and are non-refundable. Shipping costs and additional service charges, such as gift wrapping, are also non-refundable.
3.Return Shipping Costs:
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs vary depending on the product weight, your shipping location, and the delivery method you choose.
4.Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within one week. Please note that all shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
5.Exchanges:

7.Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us at info@fengyantemple.com. Defective items purchased within one year with proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.
8.Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 9.Returns Without a Label:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We highly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number. FENGYAN is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
